Its smooth stainless steel top prep surface allows adequate space for preparing pizza's / sandwiches etc and the raised top GN pan well with lift up lid allows easy access where you can put your GN pans (not included) with all your toppings or salads etc. Being 700mm deep ensures you have adequate prep space. On the front panel it is fitted with an adjustable thermostat and digital display - top quality carel controller.
